Oben Electric, one of India’s fastest-growing R&D-driven electric motorcycle manufacturers, has announced that its newly launched Oben Rorr Evo has received more than 25,000 bookings within just 15 days of launch.
The company said the strong response highlights the growing demand for electric motorcycles in India and marks one of the fastest booking milestones in the segment.
Deliveries of the Oben Rorr Evo are scheduled to begin in June 2026. Customers can now access the payment portal through Oben Electric’s official website to avail the introductory ex-showroom price of ₹99,999 for the first 10,000 customers. After that, the motorcycle will be priced at ₹1,24,999 (ex-showroom).
Expanding Retail and Service Network
Oben Electric currently operates more than 150 showrooms and service centres across 100+ cities in over 18 states. Each showroom is supported by dedicated service centres under the Oben Care network.
The company also plans to add 200 more exclusive showrooms by the end of FY27 to strengthen its nationwide presence.
According to the company, its service operations currently maintain a Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) of 91%.

Oben Rorr Evo Specifications and Features
The Oben Rorr Evo is powered by the company’s proprietary IPMSM motor that delivers 9 kW peak power and 250 Nm wheel torque. The motor is IP68-rated and designed without heavy rare-earth materials.
The motorcycle comes with a 3.4 kWh LFP battery pack that offers:
- IDC-certified range of 180 km
- 0–40 km/h acceleration in 3 seconds
- Top speed of 110 km/h
- Fast charging from 0–80% in 90 minutes
- 8-year battery warranty
The Rorr Evo also includes several connected and smart features such as:
- 5-inch colour TFT display
- OTA software updates
- Turn-by-turn navigation
- Geo-fencing
- Remote immobilisation
- Fall detection with emergency SOS
Oben’s SmartIQ AI-powered ride optimisation system is designed to improve riding efficiency and enhance range by up to 15%.

Oben Electric develops and manufactures key EV components in-house, including:
- LFP batteries

- Vehicle control units (VCUs)
- Chargers
- Software systems
The company’s integrated manufacturing facility currently has an annual production capacity of 1 lakh motorcycles.
