Tata Motors Limited’s Board has approved a Composite Scheme of Arrangement among Tata Motors (TML), TML Commercial Vehicles Limited (TMLCV), Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited (TMPV), and their shareholders under the Companies Act, 2013.
