CINCINNATI: Electrada, a fleet electrification solutions company, and Daimler Truck Financial Services, a financial service provider for commercial vehicles, have entered into an official partnership to drive higher adoption of sustainable transportation leveraging Daimler’s leadership in commercial Battery Electric Vehicles (BEVs) and Electrada’s 360 Charging-as-a-Service solution.

This collaboration will lead to the development of XFC cells which will be optimized and tailored for Volvo’s future electric vehicle architectures. It’s expected that the first samples will be delivered for testing next year.

Toyota Motor Corporation and Woven by Toyota (Woven by Toyota) announced that, to accelerate the implementation of software in social systems and vehicles, they intend to strengthen their relationship by making Woven by Toyota a wholly owned Toyota subsidiary.
