Magenta Mobility has solidified its status as India’s premier 4-wheeler electric cargo fleet operator, with a fleet exceeding 500 vehicles across urban, intercity, and interstate logistics. With a robust presence in the 3-wheeler electric vehicle market, catering to key clients like Amazon, Flipkart, and BigBasket, the company is now strategically expanding into the 4-wheeler sector. This expansion caters to the increasing demand for eco-friendly logistics solutions, especially in mid-mile and long-haul deliveries.
The company has recently initiated interstate services along major routes such as Rajasthan-Haryana-Delhi (over 180 kilometers) and Delhi-Haryana-UP (140 kilometers), in addition to intercity services on the Mumbai-Pune-Mumbai route, covering a round trip of 422 kilometers.
Magenta’s four-wheeler electric cargo vehicles boast an extended range of 150 kilometres per charge, providing a viable option for longer routes and substantially cutting down on carbon emissions and fuel expenses. Traditionally, electric cargo vehicles were limited to intra-city logistics due to their restricted range of 100-120 kilometres per charge. Nonetheless, Magenta’s triumphant trials have showcased the capability of electric vehicles to manage more strenuous intercity and interstate logistics, thereby establishing a new standard in electric vehicle performance.
The company is gearing up to expand its services to additional cities such as Nashik, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Indore, and Kolkata, demonstrating its strategic intent to widen its geographical footprint.
