The latest cash and corporate discounts complement the reduced prices for Tata EVs announced last month. With a variety of options in the entry-level EV segment, Tata Motors has secured nearly two-thirds of the market share. In an effort to increase sales during the festive season, the company has cut prices for select variants of the Nexon EV, Punch EV, and Tigor EV by up to Rs 3 lakh. Additionally, Tata Motors has introduced further savings for prospective buyers.
Tata Punch EV – Up to Rs 26,000 savings
Tata Motors is providing a cash discount of Rs 20,000 on both the MY2023 and MY2024 models of the Punch EV. Additionally, eligible customers can avail themselves of a corporate discount of up to Rs 6,000. This cash discount is presented as a Green Bonus. Previously in September, Tata Motors introduced the Festival of Cars promotional offers for selected electric models, including the Punch EV, with reductions of up to Rs 1.2 lakh on certain variants. Consequently, the Punch EV has become more affordable, now starting at Rs 9.99 lakh, down from Rs 10.99 lakh. The price for the top variant has been lowered from Rs 14.99 lakh to Rs 13.79 lakh.
Tata Tiago EV – Up to Rs 56,000 savings
Customers interested in purchasing the Tiago EV can avail maximum savings of up to Rs 56,000, especially if they opt for the mid-spec XT variant equipped with a 24-kWh battery pack that delivers a range of 275 km. This variant is eligible for a cash discount of Rs 50,000 and a corporate discount of up to Rs 6,000. Buyers of the entry-level XE or XT variant of the Tiago EV can enjoy a cash discount of Rs 10,000. These variants, with the smaller battery pack, provide a range of 221 km.In the previous month, the top variant of the Tiago EV saw a price cut of up to Rs 40,000. It is currently priced at Rs 10.99 lakh, down from Rs 11.39 lakh. The base variant of the Tiago EV is priced at Rs 7.99 lakh. With the recent cash and corporate discounts, the Tiago EV has become more affordable.
