The powertrains of the new Nissan Magnite facelift have been retained, offering up to 100 PS of peak power, and are paired with either a 5-speed manual transmission or a CVT.
Following numerous teasers and leaks, Nissan has officially launched the Magnite facelift in India. This marks the first update to its sub-4-meter SUV since its debut in 2020. Additionally, it’s the first instance of Nissan producing a left-hand drive Magnite for export markets. The vehicle has made significant impact in the market due to its cost-effective packaging, which remains the primary selling point of the Magnite facelift.
The new Magnite is priced starting at Rs 5.99 lakh, remaining an attractive offer by today’s standards, as the price has not increased from the pre-facelift model. Particularly in the Sunrise Copper Orange launch color, the Magnite looks impressive. This minor mid-life facelift enhances the popular Magnite’s appeal in the sub-4m SUV segment just in time for the festive season. Additionally, the Magnite introduces a new trim hierarchy, detailed in the pricing below.
New Nissan Magnite Facelift Launched
In terms of design, Nissan has maintained the successful formula for the Magnite. It remains an appealing, boxy, and upright sub-4-meter vehicle with over 200mm ground clearance, giving it significant road presence. The front fascia has been subtly updated with a new grille design and gloss black accents. The bumper has also undergone some refinement. From the side, the Nissan Magnite largely retains its design. It features a pronounced silhouette with robust design elements on the rear quarter panels. The alloy wheels remain 16 inches in size, but they sport a fresh design with the Magnite facelift, complete with an attractive dual-tone finish that is sure to attract buyers.
The vehicle features chunky body cladding throughout, giving it a robust appearance. The rear design remains largely similar to its predecessor, with subtle refinements to the bumper and silver accents enhancing its rugged look.
