The partnership to expedite the transition to energy by tackling key obstacles in electric (EV adoption, such as high initial costs and insufficient charging infrastructure. K Green will concentrate on providing advanced EV technology and sustainable solutions, while Yuma Energy will ensure reliable, and efficient battery-swapping infrastructure. Together, they aspire to deliver affordable, accessible, and EVs for a seamless customer experience.
Initially, the partnership will concentrate on high-demand use cases such as shared passenger mobility and last-mile delivery, where operational efficiency and uptime are crucial. Battery swapping will enable fleet operators and riders to sustain uninterrupted without waiting for battery recharging. This guarantees virtually unlimited EV, higher productivity and reduced costs for users.
The partnership will deliver value in several ways:
- Wide Choice: Kinetics’ diverse range of swap vehicles will integrate into Y Energy’s Battery-as-Service network, catering to both fleet operators and individual riders.
- Comprehensive Access: Yuma Energy subscribers will have access to than 200 swapping stations, with plans for ongoing expansion
- Exceptional Service: The companies strive to ensure 99 uptime and sub-one-minute swap times at, guaranteeing minimal disruptions for users.

The rollout will commence in February 2025 Pune, the home city of Kinetic Green, where approximately 1000 E-Luna EVs be made available to fleet operators. The E-Luna is ideal for-mile delivery sectors such as food, groceries e-commerce and quick commerce. Over the year, the deployment will expand nationwide, with ,000 EVs including two- and three-wheelers, introduced under the partnership.
