These chatbots, developed with Riafy’s support, are engineered to offer personalized assistance and immediate support to customers on multiple platforms.
JSW MG Motor India is the first automobile manufacturer in the nation to implement this technology for customer interaction. Avira and Vir will be accessible via the company’s website, WhatsApp, and the EVPEDIA platform, thereby improving user accessibility.
The launch of these chatbots is a key component of JSW MG Motor India’s broader plan to incorporate AI into their customer service approach. These bots are designed to adapt to the unique needs and histories of each customer, providing personalized support that aims to enhance customer satisfaction and foster trust.
